Take a break from your daily routine and embark on our Hermès and Hermès II restaurant boats. Indulge in quality gastronomy and explore the majestic landscapes of Lyon thanks to the commentary broadcast on board.

Lyon-style sausage, toasted soft bread, arugula and baby spring salad

Green asparagus velouté, poached egg, croutons and green tarragon oil (Vegetarian)

Spring salad, crunchy vegetables, pecorino dressing (Vegetarian)

Cuttlefish in escabech sauce, crispy anise canistrelli styled biscuit

Roasted chicken breast, served with a sauce made with green olives and

sun-dried tomatoes, potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Seafood suggestion, tomato marinade in extra virgin olive oil,

sweet potato purée and lightly pan seared vegetables

Pork shoulder filled with fresh herbs, potatoes and

reduced sauce with sage

Portefeuille-styled sea bream, sweet potato purée and lightly
